  32. I tried that command and although it allows me to start the SERVER mode,
  33. the file transfer still fails.  On the PC side, does a bunch of retries and
  34. the host side eventually goes into a CP READ.  Also, the Kermit User's
  35. guide for IBM 370 Kermit says "The only initial CONTROLLER setting that you
  36. should not change by hand is NONE, which means that Kermit-370 has
  37. recognized a 3174 AEA line that is not configured for file transfer.." 
  38. That is the setting that I am getting so it must be that the 3174 AEA line
  39. is not configured for file transfer.  Can anyone help me with that?
